FAQs

What qualifications do your traffic controllers have?

All our traffic controllers hold current white cards and RMS-issued Traffic Control Work Training Cards (Blue, Yellow, or Red, depending on the role). They undergo regular training and safety refreshers.

How far in advance should I book a Traffic Management Plan?

Ideally, you should book at least 1–2 weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to prepare and submit the TMP to the relevant authority and obtain approval before your work begins.

Can you provide traffic control for night shifts or weekend projects?

Yes, we operate 24/7 and can support traffic control for night works, weekend projects, and public holidays.

What happens if weather conditions are bad on the day of my project?

We monitor weather closely. If severe weather is expected, we will coordinate with you to reschedule or implement alternative safety measures, depending on the site and authority guidelines.

Do I need to be present on site during the traffic control operations?

Not necessarily. As long as we have clear instructions and access, our team can manage the site independently. We’ll always stay in touch for updates or emergencies.

How do you ensure safety during traffic control operations?

Safety is our priority. We follow strict industry guidelines, use certified equipment, maintain constant radio communication, and conduct regular risk assessments on-site.

What should I provide before traffic control services start?

Please provide project details, dates, location, work hours, and any existing plans or authority requirements. Our team will handle the rest.
